Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance is available only for students in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade.  For the 2023-24 school year, 70% of our students received assistance in some form.  There are two sources of assistance:

Tuition Assistance Program (TAP):  This is Diocesan tuition assistance for Catholic School Education funded by the Hope Appeal.  It is based on financial need.  Tuition assistance forms are available at all Catholic Schools and at the Diocesan Catholic School Office.  Forms must be completed for financial aid consideration and submitted by Feb 15th, 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year.

Trinity Catholic School’s Annual Fund: These are school based awards that are given to students in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade based on need, academic achievement and family volunteer service.  The Annual Fund Scholarship Committee is aware of the financial burden on families with more than one child attending Trinity Catholic School.  Applications for these scholarships are available with the admission packets.  Awards are made in May for the following year.

Transfer Procedures

Students wishing to transfer to Trinity Catholic School must first meet with the Principal.  We will review academic and discipline records as well as schedule a meeting with our reading coordinator.  Admission will be based on the results of this initial screening and a review of the records.  Acceptance indicates the expectation that the new student will meet both the academic and conduct standards at this school.
