Trinity Catholic School, as part of the Diocese of Syracuse system of schools, was recently awarded accreditation by the Middle States Association. Middles States defines accreditation as an external, objective, validation of school quality and student achievement that fosters continuous school improvement. Accreditation requires us to make long range strategic plans for improvement to ensure the success of our students at Trinity Catholic. Trinity Catholic School is the only elementary school in Oswego which is accredited by Middle States.
Trinity Catholic School has seen steady increase in enrollment in the last five years. Graduates of Trinity are successful academically and socially in Middle and High School as well as in their colleges of choice. Trinity graduates continue their education at Bishop Grimes Jr./Sr. High School, Bishop Ludden Jr./Sr. High School, CBA, and at all area public middle schools.
Academics prepare our students to become life-long learners. We educate the whole child. We teach our students to live as Jesus taught us; to treat all people with respect and to become active participants in their faith communities.
A dedicated staff and strong parent group provide our students with a variety of opportunities to supplement the curriculum. Intramurals, Library Club, Science Club, Student Council, Girl Scouts, and Basketball are some of the activities available to our students.
At Trinity Catholic School, we use the theme for Catholic Schools’ Week; Faith, Knowledge and Service as the template for our success.
